摘要
从工业工程(Industrial Engineering,IE)中工作研究(Work Study,WS)的重要性出发,与信息技术(Information Technology,IT)相结合,构建IE+IT的黄金搭档,从信息化的角度来研究经典IE理论。通过对"装配挡风玻璃密封带"这一工序摄像文件的分析,找出其中不合理动作,针对其进行时间研究与动作改善,优化操作过程基本动素,节约了单位密封带的装配时间,将达宝易软件应用于工作研究的信息化解决方案,使装配效率提高28.46%,提高了企业核心竞争力与IE的分析效率。
Based on the importance of Work Study（WS） in Industrial Engineering（ IE）, combined with the Information Technology（IT） ,to build the golden partner of IE and IT,then studying the classic IE theory on the view of information. Through analyzing the process video of assembling windshield seal, tries to find out the unreasonable actions. Due to time study and action promotion, the model improves the operation of the basic move factor, and saves units sealed time of assembling as well. At last, it comes up with the informational solution applied to work study of software Double-E. This makes assembling efficient risen by 28.46%, and improve both the core competitiveness of enterprises and analysis efficiency of IE.
