摘要
研制了一种新型的压电弯曲元件,元件为三层结构,上下两层为压电陶瓷材料PZT-5H,中间弹性层为铍青铜。利用激光测试仪LC-2400A及LV-1610对压电弯曲元件的输出位移、位移滞环、蠕变量及基频等特性进行测量。对压电弯曲元件的宽度尺寸与其静、动态特性之间的关系进行分析,得出压电弯曲元件的宽度参数对其静、动态特性影响较小,且没有明显的影响规律。
Developed a new type of piezoelectric bender with three-ply structure. Be-Cu is chosen for the elastic interlayer and PZT-SH as piezoelectric layers on both sides. The characteristics of piezoelectric bender including the ontpntting displacement, the displacement hysteretic loop, creep and the basic frequency are investigated by laser measure laser distance measuring instrument LC-2400A and LV-1610. The relation between the width of piezoelectric bender and its static and dynamic characteristics is analyzed. It can be concluded that the influence of the width of piezoelectric bender upon its static and dynamic characteristics is smaller, and have no obvious influence regulation.
