摘要
结合家电产品的人机工程学特点,对人机工程设计与检测技术进行了研究。依据传统的虚拟人体建模方法,提出了一种虚拟人快速几何建模方法。运用反向运动学知识,构建了虚拟人的运动学模型,并结合关键帧动画和人体姿态库实现了虚拟人的人机工程仿真。基于人体测量学人机数据库和碰撞检测算法,实现了虚拟人的舒适度、视域和可达域检测与评价。最后通过人机检测系统的实现验证了算法的可行性,对设计师进行人机设计和工程仿真分析有辅助作用。
Studied ergonomic design and detection technology according to the ergonomic features of home appliance. Proposed a method of Virtual Human(VH) rapid modeling based on conventional method of human modeling. Constructed a kinematics model of VH with the knowledge on Inverse kinematics and realized the ergonomic emulation of VH incorporated with key-frame animation and human pose database. Realized the detection and evaluation of VH comfort level, field of view and reach area based on anthropometry ergonomics database and collision detection algorithm. Finally, testified the feasibility and assistance to ergonomic design and engineering emulation analysis through the realization of an ergonomic detection system.
