摘要
随着机器人手术系统的不断改进及应用的拓宽,文献报道迅速增多。大量研究表明,机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术与开放手术相比,出血量减少,住院时间缩短,术后功能恢复快,围手术期并发症减少。目前在前列腺癌高发的美国等国家,机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术几乎成为治疗局限性前列腺癌的金标准手术,仅2009年全球超过60000例,占前列腺癌根治术的70%。
