企业社会资本对技术创新能力影响的实证研究被引量：89

The effect of social capital on enterprises' technical innovative capabilities:An empirical research

摘要以我国制造企业为调查对象,对企业社会资本是否影响技术创新能力以及通过何种途径产生影响进行了实证研究。结果表明,结构维社会资本对自主创新能力有着显著的直接影响,并通过企业间合作、产学研合作对自主创新能力产生不同程度的间接影响;认知维社会资本对自主创新能力、合作创新能力有着显著的直接影响;认知维社会资本通过企业间合作对自主创新能力、合作创新能力产生不同程度的间接影响;企业间合作对自主创新能力、合作创新能力均有正向影响,产学研合作对自主创新能力有正向影响。企业间合作在企业社会资本与技术创新能力关系中起到了重要的作用。研究结论对我国企业创新能力的提升有指导意义。 The relationships among social capital,cooperation,and innovative capabilities were investigated based on the investigation of domestic manufacture enterprises.The results show that social capital（structural） has directly impacted on the innovative autonomous capabilities,and has indirectly impacted on the innovative autonomous capabilities through inter-firm cooperation and university-firm cooperation.Social capital（cognitive） has directly impacted on the innovative autonomous capabilities and cooperative innovative capabilities.At the same time,social capital（cognitive） also has indirectly impacted on innovative autonomous capabilities and cooperative innovative capabilities through inter-firm cooperation.Inter-firm cooperation has a positive direct impact on two types of innovative capabilities,and university-firm cooperation has a positive direct impact on the autonomous innovative capabilities.Inter-firm cooperation plays an important role between social capital and innovative capabilities for enterprises.The conclusion might provide guidance for enterprises to promote the innovative capabilities.
