小陷胸汤加味方对动脉粥样硬化大鼠炎性因子的影响

Effect of Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction on Inflammatory Factors of Atherosclerosis Rats

目的探讨小陷胸汤加味方对动脉粥样硬化(A S)模型大鼠的干预作用。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、辛伐他汀组、小陷胸汤加味方组,每组15只,参照高脂饮食合并一次性腹腔注射维生素D3的方法建立A S大鼠模型,空白组和模型组给予生理盐水,其他两组给予等体积药物处理。8周后检测血脂、血液流变学、血清炎性因子的变化以及血管细胞黏附分子1(ICAM-1)和细胞间黏附分子1(VCAM-1)mRNA的表达。结果小陷胸汤加味方能降低A S大鼠的血脂及血液流变学各指标(P<0.01);且能明显抑制A S大鼠主动脉内皮细胞高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达,减少ICAM-1和VCAM-1 mRNA的表达(P<0.01),在降低炎性因子表达方面优于辛伐他汀。结论小陷胸汤加味方能够有效改善A S模型大鼠血脂、血液流变学、血清炎性因子,起到干预A S炎性机制的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction（Minor decoction for relieving stuffiness in the chest） on inflammatory factors of atherosclerosis（AS） rats.Methods Sixty SD rats were randomized into blank control group,model group,simvastatin group,and Xiaoxianxiong group, with 15 in each,and AS models were established by high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of vitamine D3.The blank group and model group were administered normal saline and the other two groups were treated with simvastatin or Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction of the same volume.Eight weeks later,blood fat,hemorheology,serum inflammatory factors and expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mRNA were determined.Results The Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction could decrease the total cholesterol（TC）,triglycercide（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,reduce the whole blood viscosity in high,medium,and low cut,and reduce plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and platelet adherence.It could inhibit the expression of hs-CRP of endotheliocytes and make less gene expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1（P0.01）.Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction is better than simvastatin in decreasing the inflammatory factor expression.Conclusion The Modified Xiaoxianxiong Decoction can effectively improve the blood fat,hemorheology,serum inflammatory factors,and expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mRNA,functioning to intervene the inflammatory pathogenesis of AS rats.
