摘要
目的分析南海软珊瑚Sinularia dissecta中的微量成分。方法应用色谱进行分离与纯化,应用1D和2D NMR等波谱进行结构解析。结果从该软珊瑚中获得4种africane类倍半萜,它们的结构确定为9(S) ,10(R)-epoxyafricanane (1),△8(9)-africanen-10-one (2),9(S),15-dihydroxyafricanane (3)和△9(15)-africanene(4)。结论 9(S),10(R)-epoxyafricanane (1)为一新颖结构化合物,化合物2为从天然生物资源中首次获得。
Objective To examine minor secondary metabolites from the soft coral Sinularia dissecta.Methods Column chromatography was used for separation and purification,while extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data were applied for structure elucidation.Results Four africane-type sesquiterpenoids were isolated,and their structures were determined as 9(S),10(R)-epoxyafricanane(1),8(9) africanen-10-one(2),9(S),15 dihydroxyafricanane(3),and 9(15) africanene(4).Conclusion 9(S),10(R)-epoxyafricanane(1) was determined as a new compound,while compound 2 was isolated from nature for the first time.
