摘要
针对激光熔覆开裂敏感性大并难以进行大面积熔覆的技术难关,将激光熔覆技术、纳米技术及热喷涂技术相结合,提出了激光单道、搭接及再重叠熔覆过程中的纳米抗裂措施,成功消除了裂纹及孔隙,并制备了与基体冶金结合、具有优异服役性能的较大面积激光熔覆层。
The laser cladding and nano-effect,thermal spray combined technology to overcome the difficulty of bigger cracking sensitivity and large surface layer was researched.The single cladding,overlap and scanning again nano-anti-cracking measures were studied.The cladding layer of no-cracks and no-poles metallurgical bonding with the base metal was prepared and the good service properties of large laser cladding were obtained.
