循环法制备无氧化热加工气氛的试验研究

摘要 用自制的循环除氧装置对循环法制备无氧化热加工气氛进行研究,制得了以氮气为主的无氧化热加工气氛,并对工业纯铁、45钢和T10钢进行了保护加热试验。结果表明:当系统的压强降低率不大于300 Pa/h,工业纯铁和45钢试样可做到无氧化和脱碳加热,若再采用高温长时间烘炉再加热试样工艺能实现T10钢的完全无氧化无脱碳加热。 A non-oxidizing atmosphere for hot-work by circulating with self-made circulating deoxidization device was studied,non-oxidizing atmosphere for hot-work whose main component was nitrogen was obtained and pure Fe,45 and T10 steel were tested for protection and heating in the atmosphere.The results show that when the pressure drop rate of the system is no more than 300 Pa/h,pure Fe and 45 steel can be heated without oxidation and decarbonization,the heating of T10 steel without oxidation and decarbonization can be realized if the stove is heated at high temperature for a long time.
