摘要
对新型高热稳定性模具钢5Cr2N iMoVS i进行复合强化工艺(镀镍稀土渗硼→预冷淬火→高温回火)试验。结果表明:该处理工艺可以大幅提高5Cr2N iMoVS i钢的表面硬度、高温抗氧化性、热疲劳性能、耐磨性和耐蚀性能。将处理过的该材料用于汽车前轴大型热锻模具,取得了显著的效果。
Combined strengthening process of new high thermal stability die steel 5Cr2NiMoVSi was studied.The process is nickel plating then RE-boriding and then pre-cooling quenching and last high-temperature tempering.The results show that surface micro-hardness,high temperature oxidation resistance,thermal fatigue resistance,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 5Cr2NiMoVSi steel can be greatly improved by this process.The obvious results are obtained for auto front axle large forging dies using the materials and technology.
