摘要
采用CO2激光器对45钢进行激光热处理,利用光纤光谱仪采集材料发出的光谱信息,同时通过对维恩公式变换处理,利用斜率与温度的关系处理数据,求得物体的表面温度,并通过红外温度测量仪对所测量的温度进行误差验证,得出其测量误差在4%以内。
To obtain surface temperature,CO2 laser was used as heating source,and fiber optic spectrometer was used for gathering the molten pool radiant spectrum.Meanwhile,temperature was calculated based on the relationship between spectrum slope and temperature,which was transformed by Wien formula.After this,the infrared thermometer and thermocouple were used for error calibration.The results show that the errors of this method are limited in 4%.
