摘要
针对汽车连杆硬度质量控制的要求,研制了一台基于涡流法原理的汽车连杆硬度检测仪,利用傅里叶系数作出决策分类图,仪器测量范围和测量精度都有很大提高,其误判率小于 5 % ,且合格品内无误判.
In view of the requirements for quality control of automobile connecting rod hardness, the principle and structural design of an instrument for testing the hardness are described according to eddy current theory. Fourier coefficients are used to make up decision classification map. The measuring accuracy and range of the new instrument are both significantly improved. The detection error is estimated to be approximately 5 percent, but it is not detection error in normal production.
