摘要
针对高压气动压力控制阀中膜片的工作特点及结构形式,提出采用逐次修正法设计膜片.给出了描述膜片力学特性的数学方程,对膜片进行了力学分析,讨论了膜片厚度和硬芯直径对膜片性能的影响.
According to the characteristics and the structure of the membrane in pneumatic high pressure control valves, step by step regulation is introduced to design the membrane. The mathematical model describing mechanical characteristics of the membrane is provided, and the mechanical characteristics of the membrane are analyzed. The effects of the membrane's thick and diameter are discussed, providing a new method for designing membrane of pneumatic high pressure control valve.
