0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗肛周湿疹的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of perianal eczema

目的:评价0.1%他克莫司软膏短期治疗肛周湿疹疗效及安全性。方法:将69例肛周湿疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组37例,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,每日2次,疗程为2周;对照组32例,外用0.1%哈西奈德乳膏,每日2次,连用2周。结果:两组患者总有效率及不良反应发生率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗肛周湿疹疗效满意,不良反应少而轻微,是治疗肛周湿疹较好外用药之一。

OBJECTIVE Evaluation of the efficacy and safety in short-term treatment of 0.1 % tacrolimus ointment in the treatment perianal eczema. METHODS The 69 cases of perianal eczema were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 37 cases, using 0. 1% topical tacrolimus ointment, 2 times a day treatment for 2 weeks; control group, 32 cases, using 0. 1% topical cream halcinonide 2 times a day for 2 weeks. RESULTS There were no significant difference in total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients （P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSION There was satisfactory effect in the treatment of perianal eczema by using 0. 1~ tacrolimus ointment, the adverse reactions were few and mild, it is a good drug for the treatment of perianal eczema.
