水平井管内分段调流控水技术研究与应用 被引量:27

摘要 为了降低水平井含水质量分数,延长水平井生产寿命,研究了水平井管内分段调流控水技术。该技术可根据储层物性、生产动态或找水结果等资料确定每段下入调流控水筛管或油管,分别配置不同大小的油嘴,通过调节每段调流控水筛管的油嘴大小来控制每段的产液量,达到均衡产液的目的。水平井管内分段调流控水技术在L102-P2井的现场试验结果表明,下入调流控水筛管二次完井后,该井产液量由180 m3/d下降至130 m3/d,含水质量分数由99%下降为96%,日产油量上升并稳定在2.7 t左右,动液面由450 m下降至1450 m;日产气量由0增加至5 896m3,平均日产气达到3000 m3。 To reduce the water content in horizontal wells and lengthen the well’s production life, the staged flow-regulating and water-control technology with screen or tubing was studied. According to the physical property of reservoirs, production conditions or water-finding results, the technology could decide to lower the flow-regulating water-control screen or tubing in each section, allocating chokes of different sizes respectively and controlling the liquid production of each section through regulating the choke size of its screen so as to achieve the purpose of even liquid production. The field application of the technology to Well L102-P2 indicated that after lowering the screen to achieve a second-time well completion, the well’s liquid production decreased from 180 m3/d to 130 m3/d, the water content decreased from 99% to 96%, the daily oil production increased to a steady amount of 2.7 tons, the working fluid level went down from 450 to 1,450 m, the daily gas production increased from 0 to 5,896 m3 and the average gas production reached 3,000 m3.
