摘要
给出电力系统限流式串联补偿系统的原理结构,论述了它的控制方法和工作特点.利用电磁暂态过程程序对其暂态过程进行了模拟计算.结果表明,它可以显著改善输电系统的稳定性,大幅度限制系统的短路电流.
A fault current limiter (FCL) with series compensation is proposed. Triggered vacuum switch (TVS) is the key control apparatus in FCL. Its structure, principle, characteristics, and the way to choose parameters of the capacitor and reactor in FCL are introduced. Because of the replacement of many power electronic components series parallel connection with single TVS, investment of the FCL and its power loss during operation is reduced. Combining series compensation function with fault current limiting function in one device improves device use rate. As the FCL limits fault current, it can also mitigate the overvoltage of capacitor group. Theory analysis shows the device can improve power delivery systems stability. With simulation method comparing model with FCL and model without FCL proved the FCL can limiting fault current and it is useful for total power network mechanical stability and thermal stability design.
