摘要
实证分析表明,博士教育可以为个体职务晋升和学术生产带来较大的比较优势;相对全日制博士而言,非全日制博士无论在职务晋升还是学术生产方面都具有明显的劣势;博士生导师的学术影响力对博士学位获得者的职务晋升和学术生产一般并不具有显著性影响。
The empirical analysis shows that doctoral education plays a positive role in the individual title promotion and academic production.Compared with full-time doctors,the part-time doctors are at disadvantages both in promotion and academic production.The academic influences of the doctoral supervisors usually don't have significant impacts on the promotion and academic production of doctorate recipients.
