摘要
在我国走新型工业化道路、建设社会主义新农村和创新型国家的历史使命中,高等职业教育作为高等教育的一个类型,正肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高技能人才的重任[1]。高等职业教育能否更好地担负起这一历史重任固然取决于办学理念与定位、专业设置与建设、人才培养模式设计等要素,但最核心的要素莫过于高职院校能否建立起一支符合高职教育发展特征的师资队伍。本文拟从某省高职院校的人才培养工作状态数据平台着手进行分析,研究该省高职院校师资队伍存在的问题并提出改进的建议。
On China's way toward new industrialization,and construction of new socialist countryside and an innovative country,higher vocational colleges have been shouldering the responsibility of fostering front line high technical talents with professional skills on production,construction,service,and management.It is no doubt that the running idea and position,specialty setup and construction,and talent training mode decide whether higher vocational education can take the responsibility.However,the core determinate is whether the higher vocational colleges can build a qualified faculty which fit for the developmental characteristics of higher vocational education.This article has analyzed the status of talent training in higher vocational colleges in one province,finding some problems existing in higher vocational faculty and proposing some suggestions to improve the situation.
