摘要 论述先进微测辐射热计红外测温系统的组成,该系统具有体积小、测温精度高、作用距离远、操作简便、工作时间长等特点,特别适应于设备的红外故障检测,对其性能进行了测试并对其测温结果进行了分析. The unclosed infrared system for measuring temperatures is introduced, which is composed of uncooled micro bolometer infrared focal plane arrays. The measured temperature range is 0~300℃ and measured temperature accuracy 0.1℃ in the system. It can almost get temperatures of the object after capturing the image of the object and work continually for two hours. It is very convenient to test infrared faults of the device. The system is tested and the results of measured temperatures are discussed.
