摘要
等效负载的确定是机车传动系统动力学研究中的关键问题。根据Kalker理论,确定出计算负载力矩的方法,并选取直线运行时的几种典型工况编程计算。结果表明,负载力矩除了与机车结构参数、轮轨几何参数、材料特性等有关外,还与外界激励作用下机车的动力学响应有关。提出的计算方法和计算结果对其它工况下负载的计算以及机车传动系统动力学研究都有着重要的意义。
The equivalence of the load is a key step of the dynamic study on the transmission system of the high speed locomotive. Based on the Kalker theory, the algorithm of equivalent load was presented. Taking the example of the high speed bogie being developed, two typical cases were performed. The results show that the load exerted on the transmission system is not only related to the immanent characters of the locomotive and wheel track, but also determinated by the dynamic parameters of the locomotive under the irregularities. The analysis provides valuable information for further study on other cases and dynamic research of the transmission system of locomotive.
