摘要
为了研究转向架传动系统在高速运行时的动力学特性,文中以万向传动轴为对象,利用R-W方法建立了系统的力学模型和动力学微分方程。选取9种方向不平顺作为线路干扰,进行数值仿真。结果表明,万向轴传动特性受外界干扰的影响,在敏感波长不平顺作用下最为显著,但其频率特征则主要由万向轴名义转速决定。万向轴动力学分析的结果对电机控制系统。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the locomotive driving system at high speed, A dynamic model of the universal transmission shaft was made and differential equations were formulated by means of Roberson Witternberg method. Numerical simulation was done according to 9 kinds of track alignment irregularity. The results show that the transmission characteristics are affected by exoteric irregularities, specially at sensitive wavelength, but its frequency is mainly determined by rated rotative velocity of the shaft. The conclusions provide the valuable information for further study on stability of locomotive and control of the driver and structural design of the shaft.
