摘要
目的:研究枸杞子中2-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-L-抗坏血酸(AA-2βG)的体外抗氧化作用。方法:以维生素C(Vc)为对照,通过测定AA-2βG对超氧阴离子自由基(O2·-)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力,以及对家兔红细胞溶血性、家兔血清抗活性氧能力的影响,探讨AA-2βG的体外抗氧化作用。结果:AA-2βG对H2O2的清除能力优于Vc,对·OH的清除能力与Vc相近,而对O2·-几乎不具有清除作用;对血清抗活性氧能力大于Vc,能减少红细胞溶血的发生,效果优于Vc。结论:AA-2βG是枸杞子中的一个重要抗氧化成分,可能具有与Vc相似但又不完全相同的抗氧化机制。研究结果为揭示枸杞抗氧化、抗衰老等药效机制提供了新的科学依据。
Objective To explore the in vitro antioxidant effects of 2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2βG) extracted from fructus lycii. Methods The ability of AA-2βG to eliminate hydroxyl radical (·OH), superoxide anion radical (O2·^-), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and the inhibitory effect on H2O2 induced erythrocyte hemolysis were analyzed in comparison with those of vitamin C (Vc). Results The ability of AA-2βG to eliminate H2O2 was better than that of Vc. AA-2βG had a similar ability with Vc in scavenging · OH and had little effect on O2·^-. The inhibitory effect of AA-2βG on H202-induced erythrocyte hemolysis was superior to that of Vc. Conclusions AA-2βG is an important antioxidant component offructus lycii and may have a similar antioxidant mechanism with Vc.
