摘要
做为一种新型、高效的绝热材料,真空绝热板在其使用过程中不可避免会产生热桥效应,从而在一定程度上影响了板材整体绝热性能。文中介绍利用能量守恒方程建立了VIP热桥效应的扩展分析模型,通过对扩展模型方程的求解和分析,进一步分析了VIP热桥效应的影响参数。通过比对分析,提出的计算模型与国外数据模型得到了较好的吻合,可利用该扩展模型对实际的VIP热桥效应进行分析与计算。
As a kind of new-type and high-efficiency thermal insulation material,thermal bridge effect of vacuum insulation panel would come into being inevitably during the course of its application,thus it degrades the thermal performance of the whole panel in a certain extent.The paper established the extended analysis model of thermal bridge effect from conversation equation of energy and analyzed the influence parameters correlated with VIP thermal bridge effect through solution and analysis of extended model equation.Through comparison between calculation results in this paper and foreign data,it indicates that the model has preferable coherence with foreign data and it can be used in practice to analyze and calculate the thermal bridge effect of VIP.
