公立医院取消药品加成利弊分析

Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of drug markon being cancelled in state-owned hospitals

随着新医改的不断深入,取消药品加成已成为公立医院改革的重点内容之一。在现行的医疗环境下,取消药品加成给公立医院带来了积极影响,然而也存在诸多不利因素。为此,文章阐述了药品加成政策在公立医院经营中的地位和作用,着重分析了取消药品加成后给公立医院带来的利弊,提出了保障该政策顺利实施的相应措施,为公立医院改革的贯彻落实提供政策保障。

With the deepening of new medical reform, cancelling drug markon had been an important part of state-owned hospital reform. In current medical services environment, it had taken positive influences on state-owned hospitals, while some disadvantages still existed. The position and function of drug markon in state-owned hospital management,especially its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Based on which, countermeasures to ensure its implementation were put forward to provide policy support on reform on state-owned hospitals.
