摘要
公立医院医学人才流动是医学时代发展的必然产物。要充分认识公立医院医学人才流动的重要意义,倡导主动搭建平台,探究医学人才流动的市场机制、约束体系、协作流动模式,引导公立医院医学人才的合理有序流动,盘活社会公益性较强的医学人才资源。
With the development of medical services, medical talents flowing in state-owned hospitals has been an inevitable and significant tendency. Some countermeasures needs to he advocated, such as constructing platform, exploring the market mechanism,constraining system and collaborating flowing mode for medical talents,which can lead to reasonable and orderly flow, and make full use of non-profit medical talent resources.
