新型农村合作医疗可持续发展的探讨

Discussing the sustainable development of New Rural Cooperative Medical System

新型农村合作医疗是我国农民的基本医疗保障制度,我国从2003年开始试点,2008年全面推行,在一定程度上缓解了农民"因病致贫,因病返贫"的现象。文章通过对江西省永丰县新型农村合作医疗运行现状的调研,分析了新农合运行中存在的主要问题,提出了相应对策,以促进新农合健康可持续发展。

Peasants can obtain basic medical insurance from the new rural cooperative medical system in China,which was piloted in 2003, and popularized from 2008. The new rural cooperative medical system had remitted the problem of ＂disease-poverty trap＂. Based on studying the status of new rural cooperative medical system in Yongfeng county of Jiangxi province, its main problems were analyzed, and some countermeasures were put forward to promote sustainable development of the new rural cooperative medical system.
