重组人胰岛素样生长因子1的促糖代谢作用研究

The effects of insulin-like growth factor 1 on glucose metabolism

目的研究胰岛素样生长因子1（IGFI）对糖代谢的影响。方法分别以Balb／c3T3成纤维细胞和昆明种小鼠为对象，研究重组人胰岛素样生长因子1（rhIGF1）的降糖作用。结果①IGF1使Balb／c3T3细胞培养液的葡萄糖浓度降到对照组的65％，与胰岛素的降糖能力相似；②IGF1能使小鼠血糖降到正常值的20％左右，降糖作用呈剂量-效应曲线。结论IGF1对体内和体外两种模型都有明显的降糖作用。

Objective To study the effect of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) on the glucose metabolism.Methods We tesed the metabolic effect of recombinant human IGF-1 on Balb/c 3T3 fibroblast and Kunming mice.Results ①There were 65% glucose left in the conditioned media in the presence of IGF-1 compared with control,the ability being comparative to that of insulin;②IGF-1 could also cause the decrease of plasma glucose to 20% of control.Conclusion The two reactions showed dose-response curve. All these results showed that IGF-1 could lower glucose concentration in vivo and in vitro models.
