试论中国国际气候话语权的构建

On the Construction of China's International Power of Climate Discourse

中国在应对气候变化方面做出了艰巨努力,也取得了很大成就。但主要由于中国缺乏国际气候话语权,这些努力和成就并未得到西方国家及其媒体主导下的国际社会的认可。中国要想在全球气候治理领域维护自己的国际形象和合法权益,就必须通过灵活有效地运用自身实力,构建属于自己的国际气候话语权。

China has made arduous efforts and great achievements in fighting against climate change, but mainly due to the lack of international power of climate discourse, China＇s efforts and achievements have not been identified by the West and the international community dominated by its mass media. In order to maintain its national image and legitimate rights and interests relating to climate change, China must be flexible and effective to use its strength to construct its own international power of climate discourse.
