Progress of overcharge performance improvement for Li-ion batteries

摘要 锂离子电池安全性目前越来越受到人们的关注,过充是锂离子电池在使用过程中最重要的安全问题之一,提高电池的过充安全性将会加速动力锂离子电池的产业化。主要对提高电池过充性能的正极材料改性、过充添加剂、电压敏感隔膜的研究进行了详细论述,并分析了这几个方面的重要性和局限性。 The safety of lithium ion batteries has attracted more and more attention currently.Overcharge is one of the most important safety issue in lithium ion batteries.Improving the anti-overcharge ability is one of important keys to accelerate the industrialization of power lithium ion battery.In this paper,the methods were discussed in detail to improve the anti-overcharge ability of lithium ion batteries,including the cathode material modification,overcharge protection additive and electro-active polymer separator.Moreover,the significance and the limitations of these facets were also discussed for the overcharge protection of Li-ion batteries.
