摘要
探讨转杯纺隔离盘角度的合理配置。分析了转杯纺纱机隔离盘的作用及其角度的配置原则,并对不同种类纤维在不同转杯直径条件下进行了隔离盘角度试验优选,结果表明:隔离盘角度的配置大多数情况下与所纺纤维长度关系不大,主要与转杯直径有关,由于隔离盘角度增大会使涡流区后移,增加了涡流对输送纤维的干扰,与输送纤维的集中与扩散密切相关。在转杯直径一定的条件下,设置一定的角度就能够满足纤维输送、凝聚的要求。转杯直径为54 mm时,除纺制短绒含量较高的低级棉时可取15°外,一般以30°为宜;转杯直径为66 mm时,隔离盘角度以15°为宜。
Proper configuration of rotor separating disk angle was discussed. Rotor separating disk function and an- gle configuration principle were analyzed. Separating disk angle was tested and optimized according to different fiber in different rotor diameter conditions. The result shows that in most cases relationship between separating disk angle configuration and fiber length is not closed while closed with rotor diameter mainly. Vortex area will move back when separating disk angle is increased, vortex interference on fiber transport is increased and is closed to transport fiber concentration & diffusion. In condition of certain rotor diameter,fiber transport and concentration demands could be satisfied by setting certain angle. When rotor diameter is 54 mm,except spinning lower degree cotton with higher short fiber content the angle is 15°,generally the angle is 30°. When rotor diameter is 64 mm,separating disk angle should be 15 °.
