摘要
为了从根本上解决准备车间生产管理水平落后,信息化集成度推进缓慢的现状,对车间在生产信息化发展方面的实际需求进行了深入分析,构建了一种集散式(Client/Server)模式的计算机监控系统。利用Winsock网络通信理论对客户机、服务器两个进程间的通信和数据收发过程进行了详细设计;借助Multi-Thread技术和数据链表(List)技术对实时数据采集过程进行了优化,并对历史交接班数据进行了更新处理和一致性校验,同时对系统的体系结构、工作原理及主要特点进行了介绍。实践表明,该系统运行稳定,数据采集准确,能直观、真实地反映车间的生产现场,实现了生产管理的信息化和网络化。
To solve fundamentally preparation workshop production management level and slower advancement status of information integration degree, actual requirements of workshop production information development were analyzed deeply, a computer monitoring system based on Client/Server mode was built. Through using network communication theory of Winsoek,the communication technique, sending and receiving precess between client and server were designed. Through multi-thread technology and list technology, the realtime data collection process could be optimized and shift exchange data could be updated and checked consistently. At the same time, system structure, work principle and main features were introduced. The practice shows that the system is stable, data could be collected accurately, production scene could be reflected truly,the network and informatization of production management could be realized.
