Production of Jutecell Fine Flax Blended Knitting Low Content Dyed Yarn

为了顺利纺制麻赛尔精细化亚麻混纺针织麻灰纱,通过对麻赛尔纤维和精细化亚麻纤维的性能分析,结合两种纤维的性能特点,对亚麻纤维进行预处理,采用纺前两种纤维按比例分组混和的方式,经各工序工艺参数的优化及纺纱元件的合理配置,成功纺制出麻赛尔/精细化亚麻70/30 18.5 tex针织麻灰纱,其质量满足了使用要求。

To spin jutecell fiber and fine flax fiber blended knitting low content dyed yarn successfully,the two fi- ber properties were analyzed. According to the two fiber characteristics,flax was pretreated. The two fibers were blended before spinning according to blending ratio. After optimizing processing parameter in each process and matching proper spinning components,finally jutecell/fine flax 70/30 18.5 tex knitting low content dyed yarn could be produced success- fully and the quality could reach use demands.
