为了顺利开发Tencel精梳棉珍珠纤维赛络纺针织纱,针对纤维的不同性能,Tencel、珍珠纤维用短流程清梳联分别制条并严格控制相对湿度;而长绒棉在开清棉工序跳过RST型三刺辊开棉机并调整相关工艺;并条工序保证加压稳定;粗纱工序采用较大的捻系数和较小的张力;细纱工序采用赛络纺,钢丝圈偏重配置;络筒工序调整解捻管的进出位置及角度,确保捻接质量,最终使Tencel/CJ/珍珠纤维64/20/16 13.7 tex赛络纺针织纱满足了市场需求,提高了产品附加值。
To develop Tencel combed cotton pearl fiber sirospun knitting yarn, according to fiber different property, Tencel carded sliver and pearl fiber sliver were produced in short process blowing-carding unit respectively and the rela- tive humidity was controlled strictly. Long-staple cotton was processed without RST three-lick-in opener and the related processing was adjusted. Pressure should be stable in drawing process. Larger twist factor and less tension were adopted in roving process. Sirospuu and heavier ring traveler were adopted in spinning process. Twist tube position and angle were adjusted to ensure splice quality in winding process, finally Tencel/CJ/Pearl Fiber 64/20/16 13.7 tex sirospun yarn could reach market demand, product added value could be improved.
