Major problems and measures in using air-jet loom insertion special parts were summarized. Frequent problems of auxiliary nozzle, electromagnetic valve, main nozzle, filter core, stop yarn pin in air-jet loom weft insertion part were analyzed and the main measures adopted were put forward. Special parts should be maintenance in period,attention should be paid specially in high frequency time, compressed air quality should be controlled strictly, each parts quality should be controlled strictly, related test and cleaning auxiliary equipment should be equipped, finally air-jet loom efficiency and fabric quality could reach quality demands.
