Study on the Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Reception Model Based on Feedback Control

本文提出一种以集中分散方式为基础、基于反馈控制的查新接题模式。在该模式下,接题人员以不同方式参与到课题的检索、审核及将查新报告交付用户过程中,可以从全局角度考虑课题的分配情况,为查新报告质量控制打下良好基础。

This paper presents a Sci-tech novelty retrieval reception model based on feedback control and decentralized-focus reception.In this model,the person who takes responsible for reception is also involved in the process of searching,checking and consigning report to client through different ways.The distribution of tasks can be controlled from a global point of view.It can take good foundation for Sci-tech novelty retrieval report quality control.
