摘要
本文采用"等效发文量"与"作者篇均被引频次"两项指标,比较全面、客观、均衡地描述作者的影响力因素,克服了直接使用发文量与被引频次带来的不合理偏差,对1999-2008年高职院校图书馆论文成果进行了综合测评,得出高职院校图书馆核心作者排名。
The two indicators,"equivalent issue volume" and "the average cited frequency for each paper of the author",are proposed in this paper.They can describe the influence of authors comprehensively and uniformly.The deviations which are brought by the use "issue volume" and "cited frequency" as the indicators are overcome.Finally,the situation that the issue of authors in vocational colleges from 1999 to 2008 is evaluated synthetically,and the rank of core authors in vocational colleges is given.
