国内专利战略研究文献综述:2000—2009年

Document Overview on Chinese Patent Strategy Research from 2000 to 2009

我国2000年第二次修改《专利法》后,专利战略的研究呈现不断加强的趋势。以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和中文科技期刊全文数据库2000-2009年"专利战略"目录下检索到的核心期刊论文为样本文献,从专利战略理论体系研究、专利战略相关关系研究、专利战略管理研究、相关领域专利战略研究等四大方面分析国内专利战略研究的学术动态,并对研究进展和热点问题进行综述,最后对国内专利战略研究的趋势进行预测和分析,以有助于研究的深入发展。

Since the second emendation to Patent Laws ＆ Regulations in 2000, there have been more and more researcbes on patent strategy in China. Using all articles related to patent strategy from Beijing University of Chinese Core Periodicals Directory on Chinese Periodical Full - text Database and Chinese Set - teeh Periodical Full - text Database from 2000 to 2009 as sample doeuments, this article analyses the academic trends of patent strategy research in China from four aspects of patent strategy research in theoretieal system, correlations, management and some fiehls and comes to an overview on re- search development and hot issues. At last it analyses and predicts the trend of Chinese patent strategy research for the fur- ther research in this field.
