房地产业是中国国民经济的支柱产业,直接关系到中国经济的发展状况。在知识经济时代,房地产业信息化的推进,影响着房地产业可持续发展的进程,制约着其他行业的信息化发展。从房地产业信息化推进过程中涉及的基础设施、信息资源、信息技术、行业内外部环境出发,有效结合房地产业整个产业链中各环节信息化的关键因素,构建了一套评价指标体系,以便于对各地区房地产业信息化的发展现状进行客观评价,提出发展策略,推进房地产业信息化发展进程,实现房地产业可持续发展的目的。

As a leading industry of national economy, the development of real estate indusry has a direct relation to Chi- nese economy. In the knowledge economy period, real estate intormation ＇affects the process of sustainable development of real estate industry, and restricts the information development of other industries. The paper combines requests of real estate information, such as infrastructure, information resources, intormation technology, inner and outer environment of in- dustry, with key factors of every process intormatiou in rear estate industry chain to construct appraisal index system, so as to make an objective applaisal to the development situation of real estate information in each region. The paper provides the developmental strategies to improve the process of real estate iutormation, which is helpful to the sustainable development of real estate industry.
