摘要
采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和有机金属Pd(Ⅱ)硅烷在表面活性剂作用下共聚,合成出有序介孔有机金属Pd(Ⅱ)催化剂,通过FTIR、NMR、XRD、TEM、N2吸附脱附等方法对催化剂进行了表征;在水介质Barbier反应中,该催化剂与均相催化剂的催化活性相当,且能够重复使用,有望在绿色化工中推广应用.
A Pd(Ⅱ) organometallic catalyst with ordered mesoporous structure similar to SBA-15,denoted as Pd(Ⅱ)-SBA-15,was prepared by surfactant-directed co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane and Pd(Ⅱ) organometal-bridged siliane.The as-prepared Pd(Ⅱ)-SBA-15 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR),NMR spectra,X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and nitrogen sorption isotherms.During water-medium isomerization of homoallylic alcohol,the Pd(Ⅱ)-SBA-15 catalyst exhibited higher activity and selectivity than the similar catalyst prepared by grafting method.Its catalytic efficiency was comparable with the corresponding Pd(Ⅱ) homogeneous catalyst and could be used repetitively for more than 5 times,showing a good potential in green chemical industries.
