摘要
机体中甲状旁腺激素相关肽（ Ｔ Ｐ Ｈｒ Ｐ）具有多种生理调节作用，不仅具有甲状旁腺激素（ Ｐ Ｔ Ｈ）样的生理作用，还参与细胞的分化与增殖，中枢神经系统、骨、软骨系统的发育，平滑肌系统的舒张以及生殖系统的调控，尤其在妊娠期、产褥期与胎儿生长发育、器官成熟、分娩发动等机理有关，在围产期发挥着重要作用。
