摘要
设计了一种新型高温超导直线感应电机,初级线圈为Bi-2223/Ag高温超导线圈,采用单层整距集中绕组结构排列。高温超导直线感应电机临界电流的大小主要由电机初级槽漏磁通密度决定,电磁力的大小主要由空气主磁通和次级感应板涡流决定。电机结构参数对电机磁场的分布影响很大。使用有限元法比较分析了恒流条件下电机槽宽、槽高和绕组匝数对电机稳态和瞬态电磁性能的影响,研究了电机结构参数对电机最大槽漏磁通密度、电机推力和电机垂向力的影响。
A new type high temperature superconductor linear induction motor(HTS LIM) is designed.The primary windings are made of Bi-2223/Ag.And the motor is the single-layer concentrated structure.The critical current of the motor is determined mainly by the primary slot leakage flux.The electromagnetic force is decided mainly by the air magnetic flux and the eddy current of the secondary plate.The structural parameters of the motor have a great impact on the distribution of the magnetic field.Under constant currents the steady and transient properties of the motor were analyzed with different slot width,slot height and winding turns.The properties of the motor,such as the maximum slot leakage flux,the motor thrust and the motor vertical force,were analyzed with different structural parameters.
