摘要
以毛蚶为研究对象,分别在不同温度、不同贮藏方式的条件下进行饥饿无水保活实验,探讨其在此过程中ATP的变化。结果表明:在低温条件下充氧保湿贮藏方式保藏毛蚶,能量分解较少,ATP含量较高。通过研究保活毛蚶ATP的变化规律,为毛蚶保活方法及运输等提供参考。
During the different temperatures and storage methods,the content of ATP changed by keep- alive experiment without water and food.The results showed that the best condition was affuxing oxygen- moisturizing in lower temperature （0 ℃）.This results provides information for Scapharca subcrenata keep- alive method and transportation.
