摘要
改进了以C30柱分离检测番茄红素异构体的高效液相色谱方法,并借助液相色谱-大气压化学电离源质谱联用(HPLC-APCI-MS)法检测分离得到的异构体。以乙腈-正丁醇-MTBE(48:12:40,v:v:v)为流动相,番茄红素高温熔融物为分离目标,分离得到了至少10种物质,通过比较它们的光谱特征和Q值,这10种物质被依次鉴定为全反式、5-顺、9-顺、13-顺和6种待定的顺式异构体。
In this paper,the application of C30-HPLC-APCI-MS for the separation and determination of lycopene isomers was reported.As a ternary solvent system of acetonitrile-1-butanol-MTBE(48:12:40,v:v:v) was used as mobile phase,at least 10 products were determined.Based on spectral characteristics and Q rations reported in the literature,the 10 peaks were tentatively identified as all-trans,5-cis,9-cis,13-cis and 6 unknown cis-isomers of lycopene.
