军校学员个性特征的研究

A study on personality of military students

目的 了解军队院校学员的个性心理特征，为军队院校学员的心理学研究提供依据。 方法 采用修订的成年艾森克个性调查表（ＥＰＱ）对６所军校学员３６４６ 名的个性特征进行了调查。 结果 军校学员精神质和神经质的量表分均显著低于全国常模，内外向量表分高于全国常模，效度量表分与全国常模无显著性差异。军校学员个性的内外向以中间型居多（５０．１９％ ） ，其余依次为外向（２１．９１％ ） 、倾向外向（１８．０２％ ） 、倾向内向（６．０１％ ）和内向（３．８７％ ）；情绪稳定性呈中间、稳定、倾向稳定、倾向不稳定和不稳定者，分别为４３．４７％ 、２０．１３％ 、１５．３３％ 、１０．１８％ 和１０．８９％ 。 结论 军校学员个性有其特征性，在某种意义上本研究结果可作为军校学员的ＥＰＱ常模。

Objective In order to understand personality and provide data for the research on military psychology of military students. Methods The revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) was used to investigate 3646 military students'personality. Results The much lower scores of P and N subscales, the higher score of E sub scale,the similar score of L sub scale were found in military students compared with that in the national norm.The medium personality was noted in over half of military students(50.19%) , and 21.91% of the military students were extrovert. The emotional stability showing medium, stable, stable tendency, unstable tendency and unstable state were 43.47%, 20.13%, 15.33%, 10.18% and 10.89% in the military students, respectively. Conclusion The military students have their owncharacteristics of personality. The results of this study may be made for EPQ norm of military students.
