Propelling adoption of official credit card to promote the budget implementation effect

本文从公务卡管理工作出发,探讨了公务卡制度在强化预算资金管理、规范公务活动、促进反腐倡廉等方面的作用,并通过本单位推行公务卡工作的实践,对如何理解公务卡、正确使用公务卡,以及完善公务卡制度等方面提出了建议。

Starting from the management of official credit card,the author expatiates on the functions of official credit card in terms of strengthening budgeting management,regulating official activities and building a clean government.Based on the experience in implementing this system,the article further puts forward several suggestions on comprehension of the card,legitimacy of its usage and consummating of relevant policies.
