摘要
目的:研究花椒挥发油的镇痛作用。方法:采用热板法、醋酸扭体法,观察花椒挥发油对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果:高、低剂量花椒挥发油能显著提高小鼠的痛阈,减少扭体次数(P<0.01)。结论:花椒挥发油具有良好的镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE：To study analgesia effects of volatile oil of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium.METHODS：The hot-plate method and acetic acid writhing were adopted to observe the analgesia effects of volatile oil of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium.RESULTS：Low-dose and high-dose of volatile oil of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium could obviously improve the pain thereshold of mice and reduce the times of writhe（P0.01）.CONCLUSION：The volatile oil of Zanthoxyli Pericarpium has distinct analgesic effect.
