摘要
目的:建立不同产地野生五味子含量的客观评价方法。方法:采用物理筛分法进行分离并用显微鉴别法进行过筛后部位的确认,然后采用高效液相色谱法对区分样品分别进行五味子乙素和五味子醇甲的含量测定。结果:本试验建立的五味子乙素的含量测定方法准确度高,加样回收率为100.20%,RSD=1.61%(n=9)。辽宁葫芦岛产五味子中五味子乙素含量最高,吉林靖宇产五味子中五味子乙素含量最低;沈阳产五味子中五味子醇甲含量最高,吉林靖宇和辽宁铁岭产五味子中五味子醇甲含量最低。结论:不同产地五味子中五味子乙素和五味子醇甲的含量有明显差异,故应根据实际药用需要进行产地采购;在进行含量测定时应注意所取样品的代表性,否则会影响结果的客观、准确。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the objective evaluation method of the content of wild Schisandra chinensis from different growing districts.METHODS:The samples were separated by physical screening method and microscopic parts of them were validated by microscopic identification.The contents of schizandrin b and schisandrin were determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The HPLC method was accurate and recovery rate was 100.20%(RSD=1.61%,n=9).The content of schizandrin b in S.chinensis from Huludao of Liaoning province was the highest while that of schizandrin b in S.chinensis from Jingyu of Jilin province was the lowest.The content of schisandrin in S.chinensis from Shenyang was the highest while that of schisandrin in S.chinensis from Jingyu of Jilin province and Tieling of Liaoning province was the lowest.CONCLUSION:The contents of schizandrin b and schisandrin in S.chinensis from different growing districts were different.So the drug purchase should be based on the actual need of drugs.The sample should be representational.Otherwise,it will affect the objectivity and accuracy of results.
