威灵仙痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Weilingxian Tongfeng Prescription for Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的:观察威灵仙痛风方对急性痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:将140例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片75mg,每日2次;别嘌醇100mg,每日3次。治疗组给予威灵仙痛风方,每日1剂,分3次服用。7d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。于第1个疗程后观察疗效,测定血尿酸、血沉和C反应蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.31%、71.79%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组均能明显降低血尿酸、血沉和C反应蛋白水平(P<0.01),但治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:威灵仙痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎具有较好的疗效,能显著降低血尿酸、血沉和C反应蛋白的水平。

OBJECTIVE：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Weilingxian tongfeng prescription for acute gouty arthritis.METHODS：140 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group were given oral dose of Diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets 75 mg each time and twice a day,allopurinol tablets 100 mg each time,tid;treatment group received Weilingxian tongfeng prescription 1 dose a day which was divided into 3 parts.One treatment course lasted for 7 days and there was two treatment courses.After the first course,therapeutic efficacy,blood uric acid（BUA）,erythrocyte sedimentation（ESR）and C reactive protein（CRP）were observed.RESULTS：The total effective rate was 92.31% for treatment group and 71.79% for control group,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.The levels of BUA,ESR and CRP were decreased significantly in both groups（P0.01）.There was statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Weilingxian tongfeng prescription has a favorable therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis and lowers the levels of BUA,ESR and CRP.
