某地区医疗机构药品储存条件的现状调查

Survey on the Storage Conditions of Drugs in Medical Institutions of an Area

目的:调查某地区医疗机构的药品储存条件,为全面加强医疗机构的药品管理,保障临床用药安全提供参考。方法:采用现场监督检查的方法,对某地区20家医疗机构现有的1706种药物(其中西药60类1296种,中成药17类410种)的储存条件进行全面检查。结果:药品储存条件基本符合药品经营管理规范的要求,合格率为84.1%,其中温度问题占比为11.8%,光照问题为3.5%,其他问题为0.6%,170种药品近效期。结论:加强医疗机构药品储存条件的管理,对提高药品质量,保障用药安全具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE：To standardize drug storage conditions of medical institutions and overall strengthen the quality of drugs in medical institutions in order to protect the safety of drug use in the clinic.METHODS：By on-site monitoring inspection,1 706 kinds of medicines（western medicine was 60 categories（1 296 kinds）,traditional Chinese medicine was 17 categories（410 kinds）） of 20 hospitals were inspected thoroughly in storage condition.RESULTS：The drug storage conditions were basically in line with GSP requirements.The pass rate was 84.1%.11.8% resulted from temperature,3.5% resulted from light condition and 0.6% resulted from other aspects.There were 170 kinds of drug which neared to be out of data.CONCLUSION：It is of significance to strengthen the drug store conditions of medical institutions,improve the quality of drugs and build a harmonious medical environment.
