摘要
目的:为药品经营企业人力资源增值和组织效益提高提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,了解昆明市药品经营企业开展培训的基本情况。结果:昆明市部分药品经营企业培训目标性不强,无据可依,方案制定缺乏科学的方法和长远的发展规划,从业人员满意度低,应急性、应付性培训使企业培训处于无序状态。结论:应完善监管体制,加大企业外部培训力度,建立行之有效的培训体系。
OBJECTIVE:To explore into training status of pharmaceutical trading enterprises in Kunming,to strengthen drug management training for enterprise employees,and to provide proposal for full play of human resource advantages.METHODS:A questionnaire was used to analyze the training status of pharmaceutical trading enterprises in Kunming.RESULTS:The training target of pharmaceutical trading enterprises in Kunming was not clear and no evidence to depend on.The formulation of programs was lack of long-term planning and scientific methods.Satisfaction degree of employee was not high.The emergency nature of training resulted in corporate in disorder.CONCLUSION:The supervision system and external training should be enhanced and an effective training strategy should be established.
